The latest flagship project is the SiyaH2amba Hydrogen Boat Project, which is a pioneering project which aims to design, develop, and showcase a hydrogen-powered boat, demonstrating cutting-edge technology and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
SiyaH2amba Hydrogen Boat will participate in the Energy class of the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge (MEBC) in 2026. This class requires all competitors to develop their own racing pod, propelled by hydrogen supported energy. The competition is fought in various types of races in terms of speed and endurance and the key differentiators to winning the race are set in the quality of the design and performance. The vessel will use hydrogen as a source of energy to drive an electric motor. An on-board hydrogen fuel system will draw hydrogen from storage cylinders into a fuel cell range extender, where the hydrogen is converted into electrical energy. This energy feeds into a battery pack which in turn powers the motor during racing.
